The joy of tandemingOrbit Tandems are designed and hand-finished in the UK by a team of passionate tandem experts.
Using a lifetime of knowledge and experience the Orbit team has expanded the range from three models in 2006 to a full range of quality bikes designed for everyone from entry level riders to seasoned hard-core tandem enthusiasts.
The Orbit frames
Orbit's quality lightweight aluminium frames are made by renowned international frame manufacturer Kinesis.
The frame for the Orbit summit range is hand-built exclusively for Orbit Tandems by master manufacturers Bob Jackson Cycles of Leeds, who have been building quality frames for over 75 years.
All Orbit tandem frames carry a full 10 year warranty.
Hand built with you in mind
The Orbit team personally hand-build every tandem to order at their Orbit workshop in Yorkshire using quality components. This means that every customer gets the right bike, set up specifically for them.
Where are Orbit bikes available?
Orbit Tandems are exclusively sold through JD Tandems.

Test ride an Orbit tandem
Test ride models are available for every tandem in the range and you can view and try before you buy at the JD Tandems showroom in Gargrave, North Yorkshire.
